Sabah represents clients in a wide range of immigration matters. Sabah routinely assists businesses and professional clients in applications such as intra-company transfers, significant benefit work permits, LMIA based work permits and Start-up visa applications.

Sabah's practice includes advising international students from the start of their studies in Canada, planning for eligibility under the Federal Skilled Work or Canadian Experience Class or Provincial Nominee Programs, applying for Post Graduation Work Permits and permanent residency. She assists international students and temporary workers maintain their status and resolve visa issues that may arise.

Sabah works closely with clients with in IAD appeals, and has extensive experience in assisting clients in Federal Court judicial review applications. Before joining our firm, Sabah interned at a renowned immigration and refugee law firm and worked on humanitarian and compassionate PR applications and detention review cases.
